Day 1, March 3 -- Purpose: Discuss the impact of exotic species with stakeholders and the need for research in Minnesota; Enhance the public dialogue in Minnesota on exotic species risks to the environment. (Registration free for students, $10 others -- waived for invited speakers and member of press)
Day 1 dinner, March 3, 7pm (registration fee $10 -- waived for students and invited speakers)
Day 2-3, March 4-5 -- Purpose: Bring together some of the major thinkers worldwide on invasive species issues to initiate collaborations with Minnesota faculty; Build and strengthen research collaborations in Minnesota to improve assessment and management of invasive organisms. (No fee)
